About

I grew up in Banja Luka, did my Master’s in Brno (the first Service Design thesis at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Informatics), and started in tech at IBM in incident and change management. From there: Zalando’s Global PMO, then founding program management at Taxfix. Certified in ITIL and Lean Six Sigma. Since 2016 I have built incident management processes on FEMA’s National Incident Management System (NIMS), the framework emergency services use to coordinate under pressure. A Notion power user since 2018.

Off the clock: dad, (half-)marathon runner, boulderer and music lover.
